Job Title: Sales Representative
Duties:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, telephone, email communications and referrals
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers
- Conduct site surveys, product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our products
- Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns
- Reporting to the Managing Director to develop effective sales strategies
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
Skills:
- Full valid driving licence is a requirement
- Proven track record of successful sales experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities to close sales deals
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficient in using general IT software to manage customer interactions and track sales progress
- Knowledge of the product or service being sold, including its features, benefits, and competitive advantages
