Corporate Solicitor
Salary DOE
Remote Based – Required to Travel to the Northwest Once a week

The Corporate Role will include:
We are looking for an enthusiastic, qualified corporate solicitor to join our corporate law team. Our high regarded corporate/commercial team deals with high value, quality cases.
Within this role you will manage a mixed case load of transactional corporate cases including.
- Asset sales and purchases
- Share sales and purchases
- MBOs
- Restructures
- An element of general commercial cases (e.g. drafting contracts)
- A small amount of non-contentious insolvency cases.

- Qualified to degree and LPC level.
- Qualified solicitor
- Have knowledge and experience of running a corporate and commercial caseload.
