Account Executive

We are currently recruiting for a passionate, confident and organised Account Executive to join our vibrant team.
We work with ground-breaking technology. And whilst you won’t be expected to know your Kernels from your Kubernetes from day one, you will need a head for technology, a passion to learn and a drive to be better every day.
About the role
An important part of the broader Climb customer facing team helping to hit monthly targets, as well as further grow the company and brand. You will be managing your own workload with great attention to detail, efficiency, and accuracy. You will be working collaboratively with the other members of the Climb
Sales team to help support each other’s workload when required. Day-to-day, you will be responsible for providing customer quotations and working closely with sales support on post order queries. Profiling reseller accounts to ensure we have accurate data, and our systems are up to date. Working with the Climb
Business Development Managers and Sales Support team to provide an excellent level of customer service.

About you
You will have a least five GCSE level 4/grade C (or equivalent) and above including Maths and English, and at least two years business-to-business sales/sales administration experience. Our most successful people are commercially minded, focused, supportive, pragmatic and creative. Does this sound like you?
Other skills we are ideally looking for:
- Must be an excellent communicator, over the phone, written and face to face.
- Excellent IT Skills
- A self-motivated, driven character with the ability to show initiative.
- Attention to detail, efficiency, accuracy in reports and customer communication and dialogue.
- Able to prioritise and re-prioritise during the day to ensure urgent tasks are completed
- The ability to choose the best course of action, escalate if required but retain ownership of the issue until resolved
- Ability to build added value relationships with customers and partners – customer focussed
- Honest, trustworthy and reliable
Salary £22,300 per year plus commission
Location: Ashburton / Flexible
