Job description
Estelle Manor is a rural retreat nestled in Oxfordshire, set to open her doors in spring. A Grade II-listed landmark house set on a 60-acre estate, surrounded by over 3,000 acres of beautiful parkland.
As the countryside companion to Maison Estelle, the manor is also a ‘hosted home’, bringing people together that have plenty to say and nothing to prove. A hotel and country club with one-of a-kind spaces and old school values of personalised service and discretion.
The manor has four restaurants, an extraordinary 3,000 sq metre Roman-inspired Bath House, 108 bedrooms and a gym with class studios and padel courts. Plus, there’s a kids’ club for the little ones and a workspace.
As a Production Kitchen Gardener you will hold responsibility for the daily tending to and continued development of our newly established production garden. Ensuring a strong balance of production and aesthetics, this is a hugely exciting opportunity to pro-actively ensure the production garden remains beautiful for guests to enjoy throughout the year, alongside producing cutting flowers and vegetables to use throughout the estate for our housekeeping and culinary teams. With opportunities to develop gardening skills across the estate’s herbaceous borders and specimen trees, you will have a clear passion for gardening alongside professional development.
