We are looking for great sales team setters to set appointments for sales professionals and help SSS broaden its reach by helping more clients make lasting changes in their lives.
This is your chance to work remotely and be part of a fast-growing team motivated to ensure everyone wins.
You will create your own calendar and get 10-12 opportunities daily from calls directly booked by potential clients looking for help with their memories and cognition. Your job is to help people move to speak with a sales closer. They’ll move into one of our cognition coaching programs or retreats there, and their lives will be forever changed.
On slower days, you will be asked to make outbound calls to buyers of our products to see if they’re interested in coaching. This doesn’t happen very often
Compensation: $2,500 base + commission
New setters can earn $3000 to $4000/mo.
Good setters can earn $4000 to $5,000/mo.
Skilled and professional setters can earn $5,000 to $7,000/mo. NO CAP
Plus, ongoing commissions as clients buy more services.
We are looking for full-time remote setters
Qualifications:
- Some sales experience or strong customer service experience, B2C, or proven success with selling
- Consistent history of meeting and exceeding goals
- Highly motivated, a self-starter, and a rapid learner
- 3+ years in customer-facing or service positions based on value, excellent follow-up, time management, and consultative skills.
- Desire to challenge yourself, make a difference, and be part of an elite team target driven
- Ability to work under pressure, exceptional communication skills (written and oral), and empathy.
- That is a huge plus if you have worked in the health and wellness fields.
Entry Requirements:
- You will have to provide: Laptop no older than three years.
- Education: No minimum educational requirement
- Experience Minimum three years of customer experience in a B2C environment
- Experience selling non-tangible products and services - conceptual selling short sales cycle sales experience (1 day to 6 weeks) ideal.
- Available to work 8 am to 6 pm, five days a week.
- Available to work occasional Saturdays or evenings, a plus
- Tech Savy as we work remotely and use multiple online programs to communicate and complete sales.
