Job Description – Sales Executive
Proactive Personnel are currently recruiting for a rapidly growing business that is based in Worsley, the company are looking for a Sales Representative to join their sales team to promote their brand, develop existing customers and bring on new business.
Based at their head office, but also on the road, they are looking to hire someone with previous experience in a B2B environment. They are looking for someone who is confident, self-motivated, and crucially able to build rapport and maintain relationships with new and existing customers quickly, ensuring an increase in sales and customer satisfaction.
Successful Candidates will need to be able to demonstrate:
- Strong Sales, negotiation and influencing skills.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- A willing to develop an understanding of the industry.
- To be able to identify potential opportunities in both new and existing clients
- Good Customer service skills, both over the phone and face to face
- Experience within a B2B role
- The ability to work independently under limited supervision
- Able to travel to events and tradeshows both in UK and International
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop existing customers, distributors, and stores.
- Lead generation for new clients.
- Engage with all customers, understand their needs, and attempt to meet in person
- Travel to visit new and existing customers, and introduce their products
- Upsell to new and existing clients
- Update the business on competitor information, new product developments, promotions, ad customer recommendations.
- Work towards KPI’s and targets to exceed them.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities, through cold calling, networking and social media
- Participate on behalf of the company at exhibitions and tradeshows when required.
- Show knowledge about the products the company offers and the importance of each product that is sold.

Experience:
- B2B sales: 2 years (required)

Benefits:
Starting Salary circa £28,000 plus 3% commission (uncapped)
