Car Sales Administrator

You will be an enthusiastic and organised individual. We are looking for a Car Sales Administrator to join our growing Sales Administration team in our Bootle Fordstore.

A typical day in the life of a Car Sales Administrator:

  • Assisting and supporting the Sales Admin Department with all administrative aspects to ensure efficient running and work management
  • Undertaking tasks as set out by the Sales Admin Manager
  • Liasing with car showrooms
  • Sending instruction to workshops to prepare vehicles for sale
  • Using Excel spreadsheets
  • Taxing and invoicing vehicles
  • Attention to detail is key

Hours

Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
