You will be an enthusiastic and organised individual. We are looking for a Car Sales Administrator to join our growing Sales Administration team in our Bootle Fordstore.
A typical day in the life of a Car Sales Administrator:
- Assisting and supporting the Sales Admin Department with all administrative aspects to ensure efficient running and work management
- Undertaking tasks as set out by the Sales Admin Manager
- Liasing with car showrooms
- Sending instruction to workshops to prepare vehicles for sale
- Using Excel spreadsheets
- Taxing and invoicing vehicles
- Attention to detail is key

Hours
Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
