Partridge of Hampshire are looking for a self-motivated people-person to join our team in Chandlers Ford.
Who are we?
Partridge of Hampshire is a family run, independent retailer representing both BMW and MINI across Hampshire. With our ‘hands on’ Managing Director, Toby Partridge, leading the way we are fast becoming the name for BMW and MINI across the region. Having spent 25 years working with BMW, Toby is passionate about the brand and is building a team around him who feel the same.
What is the role?
The right candidate must be able to demonstrate enthusiasm, professionalism and attention to detail, whilst having a passion for outstanding customer service, pride in your work and demonstrate a ‘can do’ attitude. You will excite customers each day about the brand whilst promoting the benefits and unique selling points of BMW/MINI cars, accessories and vehicle ownership. You will also help proactively manage the experience of whoever visits our showroom so that each customer and guest feels that they have had a uniquely personal and bespoke service.
You will be supported throughout the training program and structured learning will be available for every aspect of the sales process.
Role responsibilities – including but not limited to:
· Meeting and greeting customers
· Discussing their wants and needs
· Demonstrating the unique features and technologies that make owning a BMW an absolute delight
· Being the main point of contact for your customers
Who you need to be?
To succeed in this role, you will be highly passionate about our brand, our standards and our vision.
· You must have confident and professional communication skills
· Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, whilst recognising individual responsibility also have strong team working skills to contribute to the performance and success of the department
· You will have a passion for customer service, a process orientated approach and be well-presented
· Maintaining thorough product knowledge and updating your knowledge through manufacturer led training
· A full UK Driving Licence
· We will also expect you to be a team player who is willing to go the extra mile to keep our customers happy.
Your experience
· You will have at least 1 years’ experience working in a customer service based role.
Full UK Driving Licence essential
