As a Customer Experience Advisor you will play a key role in delivering our mission to not only make a great first impression on our customers, but a lasting one!

What you will be doing:
- You will be on the front line delivering exceptional customer service
- Sharing product information with customers
- Supporting our customers and sales team in their use of our technology
- Keeping your finger on the pulse with the industry changes
- Preparing the showroom and vehicle displays for the day ahead
- Sharing social media content
- Accompanying the customer on their first vehicle experience drive
To fulfil the role:
You’ll be genuine, warm, and friendly creating a natural environment by just being you, being there to help steer customers through their journey to reach their dream destination! You will also be organised with an interest in cars, technology and social media.

Hours and Pay
£24,000 per annum
40 hours a week
