Brief Job Description:

Estio Training have an exciting new opportunity for a Digital Marketing candidate with Quick Spark, a consturction business based in Buckinghamshire.

Job Description:

As Quicksharp Ltd core companies continue to grow, we are gaining more customers and stakeholders, and gaining a larger digital/e-commerce presence within the industry. We, therefore, need support to manage these through:

• Constant updates to our messages.
• Brochureware, email content.
• E-commerce shops.
• Video and photographic content.

Your duties and responsibilities in this role will consist of:

The role is to help with all outward facing communications, including video/photo production, e-shot newsletters, some basic customer contact, support with stats, content creation, and preparing for various product launches and new adaptions to our eshops. You will work closely with the BDD (Business Development Director) and Marketing Team, supporting them in all aspects of the marketing and commercial department. This will include:

• Helping prepare customer communications, including regular photo/video content, newsletters, and investor presentations.
• Ensuring all brochureware and content is produced to the highest standard.
• Marketing/branding/promotion– support associated activities such as case studies, posts, social content, or blogs and lead projects where required.
• Support in preparing and organising product launches and data driven insights where applicable.
• Other marketing duties where maybe required.

Qualifications:

• 5 GCSEs grades A*-C/9-4 or equivalent (including English Language and Maths).

Skills Required:

• Effective computer skills with familiarity with Microsoft and Google Packages.
• Adobe and WordPress would be beneficial.
• Creativity and data analysis skills.
• IT skills.
• Organisation skills.

Personal qualities:

• Effective communication skills (written and verbal).
• Effective organisation and attention to detail.
• Good Maths and English skills.
• A driving license (due to location and lack of public transport links).
• Communication skills.
• Attention to detail.

• Source, plan, develop and deploy digital content across a variety of channels including your website and social media.
• Execute multi-channel digital campaigns using online platforms.
• Monitor and evaluate channel and campaign performance using different analytical tools.
• Adopt a test and learn approach to digital marketing activities, making recommendations for improvement.
