We currently have an opportunity for Trainee Sales Specialist to join our award-winning Audi Centre.
We are delighted to have won Audi Centre of the Year for both 2020 and 2021. In 2022 we won Used Car Centre of the Year and Target Achievement Award, and we are now looking to continue and expand on our success.
We are looking for people who want to learn a new role through a structured programme of study and who are extremely focussed on achieving their trainee programme in order to move into the role of fully-fledged Sales Specialist.
As an Audi Trainee Sales Specialist, you will need to be capable of working on your own initiative and as part of a team to ensure that targets are being achieved. You will have excellent telephone and communication skills and be capable of building strong relationships with both your colleagues and customers. Drive and ambition with the desire to succeed are paramount along with professionalism, resilience and perseverance. You should be willing to fully invest yourself to the role and work hard in order to reap the rewards.
Our very best Sales Specialists are those who are highly motivated, customer focused and always work with the upmost integrity. Although the role is primarily individually target driven, it is important that you are a team player and are willing to help others.
Sales experience for this role is not required, but you will be assessed on your confidence, aptitude and willingness to learn.
A Full UK Driving Licence is essential
