Ellis Mason have partnered exclusively with a highly credible business based in Bishops Stortford to help them find a CLIENT ACCOUNT COORDINATOR.
As the CLIENT ACCOUNT COORDINATOR your role will assist with the set up on new client accounts. It is both a customer service and administrative focused role and therefore you must enjoy working with clients/customers. You must also be competent in using IT systems.
For the role of CLIENT ACCOUNT COORDINATOR, you will join an existing and growing team. Full training and support will be provided.
THE SALARY & BENEFITS
- Salary £21,000-£23,000 per annum, dependent on experience.

- Monday to Friday office hours of 9am - 5pm on a permanent, full time basis

THE JOB
The main duties included within the role of the CLIENT ACCOUNT COORDINATOR, are:
- Building strong relationships with customers and setting up their new accounts online
- Using the internal ticketing system to log customer queries
- Preparing and sending quotations to new customers
- Informing customers as to whether their credit application has been successful or not
- Completing relevant documentation and sending where necessary
- Calling customers to chase any paperwork they may be outstanding to complete the set up
- Working with an internal team of Account Managers to ease the on-boarding process
- Provide system training over the phone to new customers
- Raise any possible underwriting queries to senior management

Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any inquiries or concerns
- Coordinate client meetings, including scheduling, preparing meeting materials, and taking meeting minutes
- Maintain client records and ensure accuracy of client information in the database
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services to clients
- Assist with client onboarding and offboarding processes
- Prepare and distribute client reports and invoices
- Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address any issues or escalations
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to provide informed recommendations to clients
Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service or client-facing role is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience working with CRM software is a plus
