Security Pre-Sales Consultant - Microsoft, Azure, Cloud, Security, Consultant, £50,000 - £60,000 (depending on experience) + perks, East of England / hybrid

My client is long established IT security provider, who are delivering cutting edge security solutions to numerous industries across the UK. They possess leading experts ranging from penetration testing through to consultancy services, due to growth they now have a rewarding opening for a Security Pre-Sales Consultant to assist in taking the company to new heights.

Who we are hoping to speak with:

• Due to a role of this nature, we please ask that are a first class communicator with exceptional consultant skills, the ability to win trust and build relationships is essential.
• Hands on evidence of working through the full pre-sales cycle being involved at all the different stages, sound knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 from design through to delivery.
• Collaborated with sales teams on POC (proof of concept) and assisted in the journey.
• Can demonstrate competent knowledge of Microsoft Defender or Microsoft Sentinel, for SIEM (security information and event management) or SOAR (security orchestration, automation and response).
• A general awareness and appreciation of cyber / cloud / InfoSec security principles.
• The ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical management teams.
• Able to provide examples of solution design for enterprise environments.
• Great examples of fulfilling client requirements after consultancy services have finished.
• Microsoft certifications would be highly beneficial.

Afraid of lack of variety? Certainly not with this role. You can be expect to be designing presentations in conjunction with project teams, supporting the sales teams, creating solutions for clients using the latest Microsoft technology stack with an emphasis on Microsoft Office 365.
