LOVE MUSIC GLOBAL, an industry-leading talent management and event planning company, is looking for an experienced Esports Manager to join our dynamic team. In collaboration with KRAFTON Inc., we are orchestrating three high-profile PUBG Esports events this year. We are seeking a passionate, dedicated individual to lead these projects and source outstanding sponsorship packages.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of our esports events, ensuring they run smoothly and meet targets.
- Develop, manage, and maintain relationships with sponsors, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Identify and source potential sponsorship opportunities to maximize event profitability and exposure.
- Liaise and negotiate with sponsors, managing all contracts and financial aspects of sponsorship deals.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure events align with the overall strategic goals.
- Monitor esports industry trends, competitors, and general market activities.
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in esports management, particularly in PUBG or similar games.
- Strong network within the esports and gaming industry.
- Excellent skills in negotiation, relationship building, and project management.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work flexibly and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet organizational objectives.
- Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives.
- Analyse sales data to identify areas of improvement.
- Set individual sales targets with sales team.
- Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts.
- Provide on-the-job training for new sales representatives.
- Develop pricing strategies to maximize profits and market share.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for growth.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £33,902.00-£37,821.00 per year
