Artfully Media is an advertising agency working alongside major partners within the Recruitment Advertising space. You’ll be working alongside our partners to support and develop the growth of our client base.
The Role
- New business development, cold calling and making high volume outbound calls
- Working on referral business from our partner network
- Supporting clients with their recruitment advertising offering new and innovative solutions
- Build and grow media relationships
- Provide media advice on new business
- The ability to identify new business opportunities
Here’s what we need;
- A self starter who has a sales or recruitment background
- Someone who is adaptable in day to day responsibilities, prospecting new clients, managing existing clients and delivering individual proposals to suit the client needs
- Strong customer service skills
- Proactive yet professional attitude
- Excellent communications skills
- The ability to work under pressure
Here’s what you’ll need;
- 1-2 years experience within either Recruitment, Media Sales, Media Advertising or a B2B selling environment
- Confident and capable communicator
- Self-motivated and accountable for your workload
- Ability to manage a varied workload
Here’s what you’ll get;
- Uncapped commission, Within your first year this could be up to £20k depending on performance.
- Hybrid working - Remote working and working within a shared office space
- 25 days holiday
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
