Our Sales Organisations Department is looking for a confident and analytical individual to join the Total Loss Control team. You will be a fundamental part of team and responsible for managing projects, processes and procedures that will be rolled out via the region. This is an ideal opportunity for a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate to improve inventory controls in our stores.
What you'll do
Data led approach to inventory target setting for all Lidl GB stores.- Inventory analysis completed for all levels of the business to support with Head Office strategy, regional measures & Store level understanding.
- Total Loss Control systems lead to support cross-departmental inventory understanding & reporting.
- Continuous analysis of, quality assurance and optimization of sales procedures, processes
- Creating and delivering presentations, projects, and training documentation
- Planning, managing, and coordinating rollout of sales projects and trials
- Presenting project proposals and outcomes to Senior Management
- Translating the adaptations of international specifications to country-specific circumstances
- National and international travel may be required
What you'll need
Store Manager experience would be highly beneficial- Advanced use of Microsoft Office 365 (including Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Teams)
- A desire to improve store’s inventory
- Proactive and creative and able to develop innovative solutions
- Ability to work independently, managing conflicting priorities with ease and efficiency
- Previous project management skills and experience, including managing internal stakeholders as well as influencing cross functional teams
- A proven ability to drive and manage change
- Strong communication skills and the ability to comfortably present at the senior/board level
- German language, desirable but not essential
