Commis Chef Contract Type - Permanent Flexible hours per week Employment Type - Full Time The Thistle Trafalgar Square Hotel is located on a quiet side street right in the heart of London's West End. All 108 bedrooms at this four-star hotel have been recently refurbished and offer a great standard of comfort and style. In addition, the Royal Trafalgar has a ground floor restaurant which also benefits from a terrace so you can experience al fresco dining in the centre of London. The Role In this role, a little kitchen experience would be an advantage but we will provide training. Day to day duties will include basic food preparation - chopping vegetables, preparing the ingredients for the chefs to use, date labelling food stuffs and checking they are stored correctly. You may be involved in preparing staff meals, assisting in volume cooking for banqueting events and plating dishes ready to be served! Looking to grow?
