Production: Batching Assistant
White Label Cocktails are expanding! As we continue to grow as a company, we are looking to expand our fantastic batching team. We are passionate about our team and meeting the demand and quality standards of our clients. Supplying high end pre-batched cocktails to the retail and events industries, we thrive on bar quality products in home or event settings.
About The Role
We are looking for a passionate and methodical individual to join our batching team. You’ll ensure that the cocktails we produce are made to a high standard and quality, following recipe sheets and in house processes. Reliability and precision are essential, as well as ability for manual lifting on a daily basis. This role would suit someone keen to learn & join our dynamic team, or even experienced hospitality individuals looking for a change into a Monday – Friday role.
· Meeting the demands of the batching plan for our canning and bottling lines.
· Maintain hygienic, food safe working conditions in accordance with the company’s standards.
· Following company processes & procedures.
· Maintaining cleanliness in the batching area.
· Following quality control process including collecting, logging, and keeping accurate records.
· Ensuring quality product for our clients.
· Visual start-up integrity checks on equipment.
· Stock movement & control.
· Quality ingredient checks.
· Waste control & management.
About You
· Reliable and dependable.
· Ability to follow recipes to create fantastic cocktails at volume.
· Experience in this area or similar, working to recipes preferred.
· Ability to work on foot for extended periods of time.
· Ability to work on your own initiative.
· Great teamwork & communication skills.
· Experience working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
· Attention to detail.
· Love of cocktails is a bonus!
The Contracted Hours for this role are 40 hours per week - Monday to Friday.
The salary is £12.00 per hour.
