An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated Sales Trainee to join a leading manufacturer and distributor of light metal construction solutions and access products in their sales academy.
About the company:
Providing business services internationally. They specialise in:
- Industrial stairs and platforms
- Ladders and scaffold towers
- Fall protection solutions
Duties & Responsibilities:
- The Sales Trainee will be responsible for working as part of a trainee sales team to build customer and product knowledge.
- Shadowing various staff members, attending meetings and workshops.
- Gathering market information, demonstrations and producing store layout plans.
- Maintaining competitor knowledge.
- Compiling of monthly reports.
- Making the most of brand awareness in each store.
Experience & Skills needed:
- This is a entry level sales role, suitable for someone early on in their sales career or a graduate wanting to take the next step into a role with huge progression opportunities.
- Experience with Microsoft Office.
- Ability to build excellent relationships.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Able to travel across East Anglia.

- Uncapped commission. £24k OTE
