HR Admin Assistant - Middlesex - up to 50k - office based role - with potential for some hybrid working after a qualifying period
Well established, innovative and growing, family run organisation, requires an experienced HR Assistant with first class administration skills to provide support to their expanding organisation. Established since the early 90's and with strong links to London's construction industry, this reputable business thrive on having strong team spirit throughout the company.
In this standalone role, as HR Admin Assistant you will report directly to the MD and provide general administrative HR support as well as some Executive level support to the MD and Senior Leadership team, alongside your main HR duties. Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Main point of contact for managers and employees on HR related matters
- HR communications and administration
- Updating personnel files using Cezanne HRIS system
- Supporting with recruitment
- Onboarding and offboarding
- Ensure management are updated on changes to employment legislation and best practices
- Assistance with learning and development, performance management and employee relations as they arise
- Diary management, scheduling meetings and appointments and minute taking
To fulfil the role of HR Assistant you will have/be:
- Proven HR Administration experience
- Some level of CIPD preferred but not essential
- Exceptional interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
- Strong MS Office skills including advanced Excel
- A full valid driving licence - as you will be required to visit two other sites from time to time - all expenses covered - but flexibility to travel to London and Liverpool required.
