Job description
Allen Motor Group are currently looking to employ a Commercial Vehicle Sales Manager, to be responsible for managing a dynamic and fast paced sales department, focusing on achieving and exceeding sales targets whilst ensuring the highest standard of customer satisfaction at our Ford Transit Centre in Swindon. This position is offered on a full-time permanent basis with a basic salary of £32,000 and an OTE of £60,000+ reporting to the regional sales manager.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
To be considered for this position we would expect the successful candidate to demonstrate the following skills and experience:
- Strong previous experience gained from a similar management role within a branded commercial vehicle or car dealership
- A full UK Driving licence
- The ability to draw the best performance from the people you manage and/or interact with, in a manner that builds relationships and team spirit.
- Ensuring the achievement of KPI’s for all sales staff
- Excellent understanding of relevant consumer and local markets influences
- Ensures procedures and attitudes are in place throughout their area of responsibility to deliver excellent levels of service.
- Experience in effectively analysing and interpreting all types of commercial data
