As a Workforce Intelligence Analyst within the HR directorate's Resourcing function, you will be responsible for the provision of high-quality reports and analyses for various internal and external audiences. You will be the HR directorate's key link with the Information Team who produce regular workforce business intelligence reporting for the organisation and work collaboratively with that team to ensure this reporting meets the needs of the organisation.
