Job description

Are you someone who is experienced in information management and analysis, with an understanding of the importance of high quality workforce intelligence in decision making and identifying risks and challenges?

If so, this new role may be the opportunity for you!

As a Workforce Intelligence Analyst within the HR directorate's Resourcing function, you will be responsible for the provision of high-quality reports and analyses for various internal and external audiences. You will be the HR directorate's key link with the Information Team who produce regular workforce business intelligence reporting for the organisation and work collaboratively with that team to ensure this reporting meets the needs of the organisation.
