We boil and bake New York style bagels in Belfast every day for the people of Belfast. We opearte from 2 Belfast location. We love to constantly innovate and come up with new and bold menu ideas, often originating from our staff. We are a bunch of foodies who make Bodega Bagels what is.

About us
Bodega Bagels is a small bagel bakery and Deli with 2 locations in Belfast. We bake our own bagels every day, and fill them with a mix of hot and cold fillings. We bring a little taste of New York to Belfast.
Barista and deli worker Job Description
Duties:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, such as coffee, tea, and smoothies
- Take customer orders and provide exceptional customer service
- Operate coffee brewing equipment and espresso machines
- Prepare and present beverages according to established recipes and quality standards
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist with filled bagel preparation and handling as needed
- Follow health and safety guidelines in food service industry
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of basic math for cash handling and retail calculations
- Ability to operate a cash register and handle cash transactions
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of food safety regulations is a plus
