Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Customer Service & Sales Admin

and are seeking someone who is enthusiastic and can contribute to our mission
of providing excellent customer care while helping to drive sales growth.
Key duties and responsibilities to include:
- Providing administrative support to the sales team.
- Order processing.
- Sales Invoicing.
- Tele-Sales with existing and potential customers
- Producing sales reports, creating customer and product sales analysis.
- General administrative duties.
The successful candidate will ideally:
- Have a strong work ethic.
- Possess excellent IT skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Be capable of providing superior customer service while identifying and
prioritising customer needs.
- Be capable of handling customer queries, with professionalism and
confidence.
- Display excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Have an ability to work on their own initiative and as part of a team.
- Be analytical and highly organised, with excellent attention to detail.
- Be flexible in their approach to work.

Salary: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year

- Darlington, DL1 4YB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
