Post Office Manager
We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated person, who thrives in a sales focused environment, to join our busy Post Office team in our High Street, Bonnybridge branch working 38 hours per week.
This is a great opportunity for those who enjoy working in a busy environment, being a valued team member and using their active selling skills.
Our perfect candidate will have retail experience at management level, ideally in a Post Office or Bank/Building Society environment – although we would also like to hear from anyone who has a real passion for sales and who can demonstrate that they:
- Are a proven people manager
- Have a clear understanding and proven achievement of KPI’s
- Have a passion for retail excellence, standards and customer service
- Have cash handling experience
- Have the ambition to drive a team and branch to a higher level of performance
- Have the talent to apply performance management and succession planning in branch
