Position: Senior Sales Negotiator - First Year OTE £50K – Uncapped Commission Structure.

The ability to build and maintain goodwill, confidentiality and trust with prospective and existing clients at all times in order to foster the professional image of the Partnership as well working closely with members of other departments for the purpose of obtaining information in support of valuations and also to keep an eye on cross selling of business will be essential.
We are looking for a confident and persuasive individual who has a strong track record in a Negotiator role. You must be highly driven and enthusiastic, with a proven ability to build strong professional relationships with buyers and clients, whilst also having a proven track record in closing sales.
The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic team player, with exceptional communication skills. You'll have a strong track record of selling prime property and be a local property expert.
This role is open to experienced estate agents who have at least two years' experience in the London residential property market. Most important of all is that you have a can-do attitude, are a self-starter, are keen to succeed individually and as part of a team and take pride in the work that you do.
The main purpose of the role is to generate and book valuations, conduct property viewings, negotiate offers, agree sales & progress sales through to exchange and completion. You will also be optimising every opportunity to schedule appointments for the branch Mortgage Advisor.
Key Responsibilities
- Updating the CRM with up to date information and data.
- Canvassing for new business via calls, emails and door knocking.
- Effectively build and maintain relationships with Applicants and Vendors.
- Fully qualify applicants gaining a thorough understanding of the applicant’s motivation for their search in order to design the best possible tour for them.
- Plan and execute viewings ensuring they are designed to be structured.
- Assessing buyers’ financial position and referring them to suitable mortgage brokers and solicitors.
- Remaining proactive throughout the conveyancing process i.e. instigating surveys and chasing up solicitors/buyers for documentation.
- Instigate the referencing process for all applicants, ensuring this is completed within a reasonable time frame.

- Ensuring clients’ expectations are managed correctly, with the aim of exceeding them
- Negotiating with all parties to ensure the best outcome for everyone.

Skills, Knowledge & Experience
Understanding of the local area and able to value properties accurately.
- Knowledge and experience of the Sales market and conveyancing process.

Skills and experience required to be a successful Senior Sales Negotiator
- An experienced sales person
- A Minimum of 2 years’ experience in as a sales negotiator
- Able to generate new business in a target driven environment.
- Outstanding customer care / customer service experience
- Resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail oriented.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
- A Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.

- £26,000 Salary (Basic)
