If so, we have the job opening you're looking for within the Inpatient Social Work Team based at the Warneford Hospital
You will work within a designated inpatient area, in a small team of mental health social workers, supporting the adult inpatient wards within that area.
You will be part of a supportive and experienced social care team working from the Warneford hospital; ensuring that service users admitted to a psychiatric ward have timely discharge plans in place from the point of admission.

Flexibility available.
