Job description
- Drives sales of HSSPs within defined territory to Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASC) and Office Based Surgery (OBS) customers, through effective strategy development and account targeting.
- Provides ongoing support to new and existing customers through regular contacts maintaining relationships and implementing strategic programs for account penetration.
- Actively engages with Henry Schein Field Sales Consultants (FSC), Regional Sales Managers (RSM), Strategic Account Managers (SAM) & other related selling resources to drive HSSPs portfolio and new account development.
- Monitors sales, gross profit and works with the customer to market, ensure compliance, financial commitments and profitability.
- Develops and leads educational sessions at company meetings to drive awareness and facilitate training.
- Works closely with sales management and other internal departments to create sales/marketing strategies, contract compliance, services and implementation activities ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Participates in special projects as assigned.
- Knowledge of advanced sales tactics
- Healthcare knowledge preferred, but not required
- O.R. experience preferred but not required
- Excellent verbal and written skill set
- Great presentation skills, in small and large group settings
- Well versed in technology applications such as CRM, Microsoft Office, Zoom etc
- Solid multi tasker. Able to manage multiple complex tasks at once
The posted range for this position is $100,000 - $120,000 which is the expected starting base salary range for an employee who is new to the role to fully proficient in the role. Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including education, prior experience, training, current skills, certifications, location/labor market, internal equity, etc.
