As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for selling Serviced Offices, meeting space and Coworking solutions. We are looking for a successful candidate who will be ambitious and proactive with excellent selling skills and confidence in closing the business.

What you will be doing:
- Generate leads and sell Serviced Offices and coworking solutions
- Identify, develop, and manage client/business relationships
- Business development and marketing for new business
- Follow up on leads and opportunities keeping CRM up to date
- Build mutually beneficial relationships with clients to maximize the commercial performance
- Network and manage events
- Manage financials including budgets and forecasting
What we need from you:
- Previous sales and business development experience
- High level of professionalism and business acumen
- Account management and administration skills
- Results driven with excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
- Enjoy working in a busy, fast-paced role with a huge variety
