What You'll Do

Join a fun and flexible workplace where you’ll enhance your skills and build a solid professional foundation. As an Advanced Customer Services (ACS) Delivery Intern you will:

  • Involvement in the generation of ACS revenue forecast, resource utilisation, customer satisfaction and customer project reports and dashboards for review with our UK and Ireland (UKI) ACS management team
  • Plan and organise internal workshops and initiatives with our UKI ACS management team and their direct reports who include Technical Account Managers, Project Managers and Advanced Support Engineers
  • Plan internal management events and workshops and ensure that they run smoothly on the day
  • Be an active member of the ACS team with the ability to draft documents and take part in a wide variety of activities across both our on-premise and managed cloud portfolios of services
  • Communicating with the wider ACS Sales and TAM teams in order to independently manage and run various projects
  • Contribute new and different ideas around the day to day management of our business
  • Support and assist with the recruitment of new hires and contractors. Liase with outside agencies as required
  • Participate in a wide range of opportunities including; volunteering, training programs, wellbeing initiatives and much more
