Job Position:
Geometrik is currently hiring and training professional sales representatives in Junior category of Candidates. Our staff will help you integrate and become an effective member of international sales force who will reach out to Canadian and US clients assiciated with Commercial Construction Industry. We will provide you with ability to dynamically aproach a diverse group of clients in architecture, design and contracting in order to market and sell our products on prestige projects in North America.
This position is based in Kelowna and only candidates living or relocating to Kelowna will be considered.
As with most sales positions, travel will be part of job duties and tipically consists of 1 week every 1-2 months in the respective target regions meeting revolving client accounts and architects.
This is a Junior level position and we are hiring candiates with little to no experience. However we are looking for following personality atributes and skills in order to best fit for training, development and growth in this role:

Pay:
Pay consits of $55,000 salary and 2% commision on projects that are sold, shipped and paid. Sales reps are expected to consistently meet set sales target. Growth opportunity is present in this position leading to higher base salary and performance goal as the individual rep develops their skills and meets goals.
