Direct Sales Advisor - Nuneaton CV10 7RH – Hybrid - £23,690 basic – OTE £45,000 plus benefits

The Position:
We have an opportunity for an experienced and high performing Direct Sales Advisor to join our team in providing an unrivalled service to our customers whilst cross selling multiple-utilities.
What you will be doing:
- Using our custom-built system to generate quotations to new and existing customers
- Dealing with inbound and outbound calls to customers
- Accurately inputting outcomes to Sales Force CRM
- Offering quotations to business customers and closing business
- Objection handling
- Listening to the customers’ needs
- Cross selling multiple utilities and additional Everflow products.
- Assisting where possible with the customers queries
- Managing and prioritising workload daily to ensure high productivity
- Any other duties reasonable expected of you within your role

- IT Literacy (Microsoft Office)
- Flexibility with hours during busy periods
- UK Water or other utility industry knowledge desirable
