Position Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Pre-Sales Customer Service Executive, professional to support our office operations and contribute to our business objectives. As a Pre-Sales Customer Service Executive, you will engage in sales activities, prepare quotations, participate in tendering processes, source new customers, and ensure customer satisfaction. You will collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to drive success.

Responsibilities:
- Achieve service sales targets and margins by actively engaging in sales activities.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations via email and phone to ensure timely response and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in tendering processes for service contracts, ensuring competitive and compelling proposals.
- Source, contact, and maintain relationships with new customers, expanding our customer base.
- Review and assess client terms and conditions to mitigate risks and protect Esco's interests.
- Coordinate with the factory to obtain delivery times and costing information when necessary.
- Collaborate with engineers to gather relevant information and drawings for customer requirements.
- Analyze customer specifications to determine service needs and propose appropriate solutions.
- Assist in creating customer sales presentations, highlighting the value of our services.
- Prioritize quotation requests and meet deadlines to enhance customer experience.
- Maintain and update the Reddot CRM system, ensuring timely follow-up for new and existing service contract renewals.
- Manage service items in the Navision accounting system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
- Prepare sales forecasts and contribute to sales reporting and statistical assessments for management reports.
- Work closely with the marketing department to develop sales literature, signage, and tools for various events and sales initiatives.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to provide sales information and contacts for e-blast campaigns.
- Foster collaboration with Esco's Service team to promote service sales and leverage their expertise for new equipment sales.
- Maintain and update Esco's customer database, ensuring accurate and comprehensive records.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service, inside sales, or related roles.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and accounting software (experience with Reddot CRM and Navision is a plus).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with the scientific or technical industry is advantageous.
