What you will be doing:

With this exciting opportunity your main responsibilities will include:

  • Monitor and analyse quality performance across the cell.
  • Support Plant & cell audits, including responding to any Non Conformance Reports.
  • Prepare and deliver reports on quality issues to support quality reviews.
  • Facilitate, coach, and govern problem resolution of Quality issues to ensure robust and timely corrective actions, solutions, and improvements are implemented.
  • Deliver the Quality Framework and direction within the cell manufacturing team.

To be successful in this role you will need to meet the following criteria:

  • Previous experience with a Manufacturing environment holding a Quality or Improvement role.
  • Good base knowledge of Quality Systems and frameworks.
  • Problem Solving methodology knowledge.
  • Working within team-based system and ability to communicate with people at all levels and in all departments.
  • Experience in using MS Excel is essential, experience in using SAP, Word and PowerPoint would be an advantage.

To work for the Rolls-Royce Submarines Business an individual has to hold a Security Check (SC) clearance without any caveats to that clearance. Rolls-Royce will support the application for Security Clearance if the individual does not currently already have this in place.

Due to the nature of work the Business conducts and the protection of certain assets a person has to be a UK national or in MoD approved cases a Dual National from a non ITAR country.
