Field Sales Executive – Doncaster
£24k Base salary with great commission structure.
Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm (flexible with start times and finish)
Comes with a branded company van to use as your own.
The Company:
Our client has recently set up an additional business in the Doncaster area and they are seeking a creative motivated field sales executive to join the team. Their background is Commercial and domestic cleaning on properties such as roofs, drives, graffiti, gutters, patios, moss treatment and much more.
Duties:
· You will be travelling to different areas within Doncaster connecting with local people and discussing the services you offer.
· Due to the nature of you travelling you will have a company-branded vehicle you will drive and solely use.
· You will be using different marketing techniques and doing marketing campaigns.
· You will bring on new sales as this is a new company you will have a new client base.
· Thorough online training is given over teams, so you are fully confident pitching the products and selling to people.
Pay and Bonuses:
· Basic salary of £24K
· With OTE earnings of up to £60K
· Dependant on the amount of products you sell you will earn either 5%, 10%, or 15% on all sales. (for example you get a sale for moss treatment, drive, roof, guttering, and other products this would be classed as a bulk sale and you would achieve the higher percent margin on what you sell)
· Comes with a company van and eventually you will be bought your own company car once you are settled within the company.
· Bonus is paid at the end of the month you work. (Example: everything you sell in June would be paid at the end of June)
