David Robinson Estate Agents, established in January 2008, is a family run business which is based in the heart of Broughton Astley, providing high-quality services in property sales and lettings throughout Leicestershire and beyond. Customer Service is our highest priority. We pride ourselves on offering our clients the traditional Estate Agency service.
We are looking for a confident, self motivated individual to join our team.
You will be front of house and Sales lead, providing professional and informative advice to our customers.
The Role
- Know our property stock, progress and nurture daily sales leads
- Register new enquiries, actively promoting and maturing clients to a successful sale
- Book valuations, providing highest level of professionalism from day one of our customers journey with us
- Be self motivated, know your customers and phone out new listings to secure viewing appointments
- Vendor care, weekly updates to our sellers, providing a thorough overview of leads, feedbacks and local market conditions
- Produce 360 tours, assistance with social media content and promoting our properties to their fullest
- Conduct informative property viewings, with follow up feedback
- Identify NEW opportunities
- Achieve individual monthly Sales targets
- Work to time, within schedule and be on time
- Be a TEAM player, assistance with our residential lettings will be required at peak times
- Provide excellent customer service as standard, with no compromise.

Requirements:
- 1 years Housing sector experience advantageous but full training and support will be given
- You have at least 1 years Customer Service Experience
- You have a great personality, love to talk and ability to build relationships
- You enjoy the thrill of being part of a successful TEAM
- You thrive on excelling the customers wishes and needs, and will be prepared to go the extra mile
- You have an eye for matching what a customer needs to their ideal property
- You speak clearly and concisely, providing professional honest advice without the waffle
- You are patient, a good listener and able to remain focused and calm under pressure
- You have a hunger in your belly to success, a want to help people and have great job satisfaction
- You have a Driving Licence and are a car owner
- You have or can develop a fast and good local knowledge
