Creekside Millworks is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. We are a reputable cabinet company specializing in high-quality custom cabinets for residential and commercial clients. This is a commission-based position, offering excellent earning potential for driven individuals who are passionate about sales.
Position: Sales Representative (Commission-Based)
Responsibilities:
- Generate new leads and build a strong pipeline of prospective clients in the residential and commercial sectors.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our custom cabinet solutions.
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored recommendations and solutions based on their requirements.
- Prepare accurate quotes and proposals for potential customers.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Collaborate with the design and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and product developments.
- Attend trade shows, industry events, and networking functions to expand your professional network.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the cabinet industry or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with customers.
- Ability to work independently and proactively seek out new business opportunities.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on achieving sales targets.
- Familiarity with design software or CAD programs is a plus.
- Highly motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Willingness to travel locally as needed.
