We’re searching for an experienced, caring and creative Director of Operations to join Crimson Hotels, who will drive high level of service, satisfaction
and loyalty among our guests.
The Role
To effectively manage all customer facing departments, taking direct responsibility for food and beverage service, overseeing front office, and
managing the day-to-day relationship with external service providers.
To achieve budgeted targets and consistently deliver Brand and Company standards.
To deputise for the General Manager.
To ensure compliance with the Company’s Food Safety and Health and Safety policies and procedures throughout the Hotel.
To ensure all employees display a professional, positive attitude, increase customer satisfaction levels and surpass customer expectations.
The Responsibilities of the Director of Operations will include:
- To take responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the Hotel ensuring strict compliance with agreed standards, policies and procedures.
- To develop, implement and evaluate agreed department goals and KPIs to support the business meet its strategic targets.
- To ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction by creating and implementing agreed department standards to achieve increased customer
loyalty and retention, external recognition, and business growth.
- To effectively utilise customer feedback to improve service delivery.
- To ensure that all customer enquiries and complaints are managed in a professional manner and that corrective action is taken as appropriate.
- To lead and create a team environment which promotes good employee morale and ensures a high level of commitment and pride in the Hotel.
- To ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures by all members of staff.
- To proactively manage resources to increase sales and profit levels and reduce operating costs, whilst adhering to agreed standards.
- To ensure all employees strictly adhere to the Company’s health and safety, food safety, welfare and emergency policies and procedures, ensuring
that all necessary training is conducted and evaluated.
