We're looking to hire 100+ to join our London Canary Wharf team as Graduate Trainee Consultants. The office is situated in the flagship building of One Canada Square.

We are currently looking for driven, determined and hardworking individuals to succeed within the business. Industry experience is not a requirement for this position, we train and mentor all our employees to gain the confidence and knowledge they need to become an expert in their field.

Trainee Career Consultant

  • Making calls
  • Booking appointments
  • Filter through applications to fill needs and requirements
  • Customer service via emails and phone calls
  • After sale follow ups within the first week of purchase.
  • 5 month target to be met to be promoted.
  • Earning Average £30k+ OTE (Uncapped commission)

Expected Progression within first 5 months: Account Manager

  • Generating new business
  • Managing your own clients database
  • Managing your clients installment plans
  • Regular courtesy calls with customers.
  • Supervising and supporting course advisers to meet targets.
  • Earning Average £40K+ OTE

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers through outbound calls and emails
  • Reach agreement with customers to price discuss their business needs with us team to sell contract services
  • Identify customer needs based on business goals and objectives
  • Build rapport and develop long-term relationships with customers to foster trust and grow sales
  • Manage sales process from start to finish, including closing the sale, providing solutions, and maintaining customer satisfaction
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  • Respond promptly to customer requests and issues to maintain customer loyalty
  • Responsible for creating a sales environment that encourages customers to buy from you and support them with all necessary information while meeting or exceeding their business goals & objectives
  • Other duties as assigned by manager

Salary: £20,681.00-£32,120.00 per year
