Bio-Rad is looking for a Sales Incentive Manager responsible for sales planning, territory design, quota setting, and analytics. In this exciting and newly created role you are a key leader within the Revenue Operations AMERICAS team driving sales strategy and quota setting design-to-deployment process. You will own, develop, and execute core processes such as plan design and implementation, quota methodology, plan administration, performance management, audits, and analytics. You will provide data-based solutions to influence decisions for future plan design and policies. You will lead all day – to -day activities required to maintain the systems and tools. In addition you will lead the design and modeling of scalable, cost-effective sales programs to optimize revenue growth and support strategic objectives for the AMERICAS overall business strategy of attracting and retaining top talent.
How You’ll Make An Impact:
- Own, develop, and execute core compensation processes such as plan design and implementation, quota methodology and plan performance.
- Provide data-based solutions to influence decisions for future plan design and policies.
- Lead projects required to develop, enhance, and optimize the organizations sales planning and compensation systems.
- Work with internal partners to define and implement relevant compensation performance metrics and dashboards to assist leadership in managing the business and making data-driven decisions.
- Establish effective working relationships with key stakeholders and business leaders throughout Sales, Finance, HR and legal in the development, design, terms & conditions, processes, and policies to support business strategy.
- Own the annual sales compensation budgeting and accrual process providing updates on a regular basis.
- Collaborate with the sales team on escalated compensation and issues by providing insights and analysis.
- Develop and implement comprehensive and streamlined content and communications as it relates to the annual sales compensation plan, related changes and statements to the sales organization.
- Partner with the finance commission payout team to complete sales credit validations, approval, and submission of the commission payroll file.
- Implement best practices surrounding sales productivity improvements to ensure alignment with compensation plan components.
- Manage the planning and cadence of the annual quota and territory review and modeling process, focused on coverage and deployment.
- Manage the annual sales incentive plan build, deployment and signature process.
What You Bring:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, MBA preferred.
- Work Experience: Experience with Salesforce.com, system experience, SAP and enterprise finance systems.
- Ability and skill to interpret, understand and guide policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail with the capability to appropriately define issues, questions, and data; to comprehend qualitative and quantitative methods to perform accurate analysis.
- Proven experience, knowledge and skills related to defining and optimizing reporting and analytical needs, deploying action plans, and determining future capabilities.
- Highly motivated self-starter than can effectively manage multiple competing projects while being focused on critical timelines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with different levels of management.
- Experience in engaging in strategic discussions with leadership and making leadership presentations as well as having experience working with a field sales team and senior management.
- Excellent quantitative, critical thinking, analytical and organizational skills required.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and creative problem solving.
- Ability to appropriately handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Experience with Salesforce.com, SAP and system experience.

Compensation: The estimated base salary range for this position is $101,600 to $174,700 at the time of posting. This range is inclusive of all geographic locations within the United States. Actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of offer, if applicable, and is based on several factors we believe fairly and accurately impact compensation, including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job permitted factors. This position is also eligible for a variable annual bonus, which is dependent upon achievement of your individual objectives and Company performance.
Minimum reflects our lowest paying locations, and the top end reflects our highest paying locations. The range in your geographic location will vary but will be within the indicated range.
