Sales Progressor | Hammersmith, London (hybrid working with 3 days in the Hammersmith office per week is required)
We are looking for a reliable, efficient, and enthusiastic Sales Progressor to join our team! You will be working with a range of different property investors to ensure that their property transactions progress as smoothly as possible.
You will be expected to come to our Hammersmith office 3 days per week to be with the team and to maximise your development.
This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and developing their career in an innovative and fast-paced technology scale up.
What you will do:
- Progress sales from offer agreed to completion.
- Guide customers through each step of the sale process and provide world class customer service.
- Work with all parties involved in the property transaction to make sure that everything moves smoothly.
- Proactively solve any problems your clients may encounter.
- Provide feedback and work with senior members of the team on how we can improve our processes.
- Prepare regular reports to ensure that your key stakeholders across the business are aware of your progress.

- Can multi-task, effectively prioritise work, and thrive under pressure.
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Like problem solving and finding solutions to tricky situations.
