Job description
Soldo is looking for an experienced Sales Operations Leader to play a pivotal role in shaping our next phase of growth by creating a predictable and repeatable sales engine for Soldo to that grows revenue.
The Sales Operations Lead is responsible for all of the back-end sales infrastructure and processes that enable our Go To Market, revenue generating functions within the Sales Division to deliver, succeed and grow our business.
The role works closely across the Sales teams, with a focus on providing and improving the systems, tools, processes and analytical insights.
This is a key role in shaping our next phase of growth, by creating a predictable and repeatable revenue engine for Soldo. As an expert in this area, we’ll value your knowledge and there will be plenty of opportunities to input and shape future direction.
Key responsibilities
· Defining, implementing, maintaining and improving best in class processes, which underpin our Sales function operations.
· Establishing and overseeing our revenue generation analytical capability, to deliver insights which inform Soldo’s Go To Market strategy
· Designing and setting up an operational ecosystem which optimises all aspects of operations across the Sales functions. A key part of this will be embedding automation where possible through effective adoption of relevant systems
· Creating transparency around performance and progress towards commercial targets through systematic reporting and operating rhythm for all Sales teams, and the Sales leadership
· Bringing structure and strategy to the definition, modelling and roll out of the sales compensation plans, ensuring they drive the targeted results for the Soldo
