As Sales Operations Manager, you will lead, develop, and implement sales operational efficiencies and processes as well as support the implementation and creation of strategic business plans and distribution strategy to support business growth, goals and stability, working across several departments to meet specific challenges and goals.
You will need tol collaborate with the distribution senior leadership team, wider sales teams and key stakeholders to align sales operations with the wider business agenda, implementing and managing the success of your business area.
The role can be performed out of our Reading office, home based or hybrid.
