About the role:

The role will work closely with the Senior Leadership Team, to elevate our clients’ customer journey and experience throughout the booking, planning and execution of their event. You will work closely with the venue teams and Group Operations Manager to deliver targets and KPIs with exceptional customer experience & service.

With venues spanning the Cotswolds, Wiltshire and the Southeast, the role will require travel primarily to our Cotswold and Wiltshire venues along with occasional visits to our London office and Southeast sites when required. We are looking for a self-starter with initiative and passion for weddings and events, as well as experience in the luxury hospitality industry.

The role will involve:

Monitoring all elements of the customer journey and experience for our clients across all sites, including but not limited to:

  • Daily support for teams to maximise effective client communication and efficient inbox management.
  • Helping to develop and implement all customer facing communications for any new product launches, special rate availability and venue development plans. At all times keeping the brand voice at the forefront and approaching with the greatest level of care towards our clients to ensure they are supported and feel confident through any change.
  • Pro-actively helping venues manage marketing areas which will include updating venue search portals, journals, newsletters, and Google Ad words.
  • Working with the social media manger to ensure we have the appropriate and relevant content from all properties.
  • Understanding the brand ethos and working alongside the team to ensure we are always communicating to the highest standards.
  • Working closely with the GOM to ensure venues are presenting as required and collaborating with GMs to implement improvements and check processes are being followed from initial enquiry to execution of events.
  • Ensuring Dearborn has oversight on all internal events (tastings/client events etc) and ensuring that they are planned to always maximise the benefit to the business.
  • Assisting the GOM & Group General Managers with planning team training and development to ensure they are aligned to maximise customer experience, business CAPEX and revenue generation.
  • Ensuring consistent communication with Dearborn leadership and identifying patterns in need of improvement.
  • Ensuring GGM and GMs are aware of competitors and keep up to date market analysis documents to present back to the SLT for each site.

Requirements:

· 3 + years event experience

· Background and a passion for luxury hospitality

· Driving licence

· Ability to work between Cotswolds and Wiltshire with travel to London

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £38,000.00-£42,000.00 per year
