What’s the role?
Reporting into the Business Operations team, this role will be to support the business operations and commercial teams with key activities aimed at driving increased efficiency across the business.Ensuring that the Commercial team is built on a transparent, consistent and accurate data / process-based foundation. This ensures increased efficiency and optimises the use of time away from administrative tasks and actions.
Key objectives for the role will be to:
- Processing all orders in line with procedures in place
- Ensuring hygeine within Salesforce
- Conducting comparisons to ensure continued accuracy is in place
- Working closely with internal teams to ensure consistency is delivered and awareness around any changes
- Ongoing improvements, providing data in relation to accuracy
- Ensuring we are keeping within company compliance & guidelines, audits are undertaken to enforce compliance
- Supporting the business operations function with general administrative tasks e.g. updated salesforce, data cleansing of systems where required
- Provide a first level response to inbound requests e.g. via customer support
- Monitor and maintain ISO 9001 monthly internal audit/checks
- Ad hoc project work & administration as needed
