Job description
We require a Sales Assistant and Office Administrator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a retail/sales background, with experience in administrative duties.
Key roles & responsibilities:
- Assisting customers face to face, by phone or email.
- Answer questions regarding products.
- Maintain inventories of merchandise, money and supplies.
- A wide range of office admin duties including sales reports, debtor reporting and support for our servicing team.
Essential experience, skills and knowledge:
- Previous administrative experience.
- Self-motivated, reliable, diligent, analytical.
- PC literate
- Flexibility to learn different duties
- IT literate and confident working on systems and excel
- Learns quickly
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
Work Location: In person
