Job description

We require a Sales Assistant and Office Administrator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a retail/sales background, with experience in administrative duties.

Key roles & responsibilities:

  • Assisting customers face to face, by phone or email.
  • Answer questions regarding products.
  • Maintain inventories of merchandise, money and supplies.
  • A wide range of office admin duties including sales reports, debtor reporting and support for our servicing team.

Essential experience, skills and knowledge:

  • Previous administrative experience.
  • Self-motivated, reliable, diligent, analytical.
  • PC literate
  • Flexibility to learn different duties
  • IT literate and confident working on systems and excel
  • Learns quickly

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability

Work Location: In person
