The Role:
A leading wholesale company based in Enfield are looking for 2 graphic designers with good e-commerce web and packaging experience to join our creative team.
Job Overview:
To be part of a busy and exciting creative team as a key player in the day-to-day tasks which include web design and updating products and UX, creating new packaging for products and updating existing packaging. Working with the marketing team to create social media collateral and digital and printed promotional material. To have a strong sense of current trends in style and design culture.
Skills / Attributes Required:
- Graphic designer with at least 3 years’ experience in digital and print design
- Strong experience in web design using HTML and CSS
- Strong sense of typography, layout and information design
- A strong understanding and appreciation of digital / UI design for websites, apps and social media
- Experience in packaging design
- Experience using Adobe Creative Cloud. Premier Pro / After Effects would be an advantage
- Excellent spoken and written English and communication skills
- Able to manage their own time, deadlines and reporting to Creative Director
- Work closely with Creative Director and Developers

Sales & Marketing Executive
Salary: £28,000 - £48,000
Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:30 – 18:30

The Role:
The Sales and Marketing Executive oversees day to day marketing activities for both B2B and B2C branches of the company.
The marketer will take over the existing workflows and strategies and build a new and improved Marketing Team.
Job Overview:
The Sales and Marketing Executive is responsible for contributing to the Marketing & Social Media Strategies and working to create content for campaigns, products and blog posting activity, providing analysis of current campaigns and feeding the information to the Management team.
Duties of the Sales and Marketing Executive include:
- Design, planning, developing and implementing effective offline/online marketing communication campaigns
- Using the full marketing mix for the company’s marketing communications
- Writing copy for all marketing collateral, including brochures, letters, emails and websites
- Understanding the product and customer profile and write thorough specs for each
- Monitoring ongoing campaign spend against the budget, keeping accurate records and highlighting where variances occur
- Producing an accurate summary of total spend at the end of a marketing campaign
- Undertaking detailed ongoing analysis of marketing and sale campaigns to ensure targets are met
- Assisting in the production of ongoing competitor analysis and reporting, with particular reference to pricing, presentation and promotion
- Provide an SEO prospective on content creation and social media
- Improve SEO of all company sites
- Regular KPI reporting
- Work closely with the SEO, Design and Management teams to help co-ordinate all integrated online output
Skills / Attributes Required:
- Degree in Marketing would be an advantage as would CIM qualification
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Proven experience within social media
- Strong editorial and verbal skills
- Strong project management/organisational skills
- Ability to use spreadsheets to analyse data and spot trends
- Proficency with Google Analytics
- Ability to continually improve and enhance the company’s social media output
- Understanding of customer segmentation
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to work in a fast paced, pressured environment
- Strong presentation and negotiating skills
