Job description
We are looking for a motivated negotiator to join our growing sales team, selling properties in the Hull and surrounding villages, as well facilitating our expansion into North Lincolnshire.
Key responsibilities of a sales negotiator :
- Generate & book valuations
- Book & conduct viewings
- Negotiate offers
- Update sellers & buyers
- Progress sales through to completion by communicating with solicitors
Skills & experience required of a sales negotiator:
- Sales experience preferable but not essential
- Ability to work in a target driven work environment
- Excellent customer service skills
- A full UK Driving License & access to own vehicle
- IT literate
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 28 per week
Salary: £10,000.00-£20,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Weekend availability

- HESSLE: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
