The RSK Group Ltd is a rapidly growing global organisation looking to recruit a HR Compliance Co-ordinator to join a small team responsible for the governance of HR Policies, Audits and Compliance Projects, which support the delivery of efficient and effective HR solutions.
Reporting directly to the HR Compliance Manager you will be an integral member of the central HR team working closely with other stakeholders across the business to create mechanisms and co-ordinate activities to ensure compliance standards are followed and maintained, specifically in relation to employment records, data management, and applicable employment reporting requirements.
The role can be full-time (40 hours a week) or part-time and is open to hybrid working or homeworking. Due to the geographical spread of our offices, travel across the UK and possibly overseas may also be required from time to time.

HR Compliance Co-ordinator (home based)
- Be a Level 1 user with UKVI and undertake regular audits to ensure the prevention of illegal immigration and employment
- Become an ambassador of the Right to Work process for new starters, providing training and support as required and undertaking regular audits to ensure compliance
- Support and communicate the development, delivery and continuous evaluation of all HR policies and procedures, ensuring that they accurately reflect RSK’s values, whilst meeting legislative requirements and minimising risk to the organisation.
- Ensure all changes in HR policy are communicated to the wider HR team and employing entities
- Conduct internal compliance audits to identify and rectify any HR compliance and operational risks.
- Supporting with Subject Access Requests
Person specification
- A degree in risk management, law or audit would be highly desirable
- In depth knowledge of right to work legislation and ideally previous experience working to Home Office legislation
- Some knowledge of UK and EU data protection legislation (GDPR)
- High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Highly organised with the ability to effectively prioritise workloads to meet deadlines
- Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
Salary and benefits:
