Job Purpose
We are looking for a committed, dynamic, entrepreneurial Account Sales & Marketing Assistant (“SMA”) to join our expanding team. You will work in London at Minerva’s head office to support the team grow sales and demand generation of our exciting and successful brands across the U.K and North America markets.
The Account Sales & Marketing Assistant will work as part of MINERVA's Sales & Marketing Activation team assisting in ATL/BTL Account Sales & Marketing activity that will enable profitable growth to Minerva’s revenue.
The SMA shall support MINERVA:
- To support strategy execution in collaboration with Sales & Marketing Manager, for market penetration and acceleration of sales across the GOLD COLLAGEN and COLLAGEN SUPERDOSE portfolios across the U.K and North America markets
- By providing assistance and support to the Sales & Marketing Manager in the development, rollout and analysis of various sales & marketing campaigns across the designated territories in support of the Marketing plan with the objective to increase brand awareness and sales
Roles & Responsibilities and main objectives
Account Sales & Marketing Assistant - (‘‘SMA”) will support the Sales & Marketing Manager grow sales and increase demand generation across the UK & North America markets. The SMA work shall be characterised by analytical and well organised delivery of Sales and Marketing activities; such activities shall be critically thought through, organised and characterised by thorough research, analysis of the circumstances and attention to detail.
Critical thinking, organisation, time management, research, analysis, creativity, problem solving and "can do" / positive attitude are necessary to succeed in this role.
The main objectives shall be:
General
- Ensure the marketing plans deliver against the brand’s objectives set for the UK & North America markets
- Supporting the implementation and execution of the marketing plans and campaigns defined for GOLD COLLAGEN and COLLAGEN SUPERDOSE brands
- Analysing marketing campaign results through various channels and presenting this weekly and monthly to senior management
- Critical path creation and management for each project
- Establish and maintain strong partnerships through regular contact with all external partners
Marketing Management
- Support the development/customisation of MINERVA assets, from briefing to execution, to create promotional material forGOLD COLLAGEN & COLLAGEN SUPERDOSE brands in stores & online including brochures, posters, in store displays, videos, and product page content
- Develop all local marketing materials on time based on market needs and key milestones, in line with market communication objectives
- Ensure brand guidelines are followed by all markets and that the brand looks consistent across the globe
- Initiate promotional ideas based on market reviews
- Support the development/customisation of MINERVA assets from briefing to execution to create advertising material for paid media campaigns (ATL/BTL) for both offline/online channels 6. Manage the timeline and budgets of marketing projects ensuring all is aligned and timed appropriately whilst delivering against approved budget
- Support the Sales & Marketing Manager in invoicing, payments, forecasts and production plans for any marketing campaigns or product launches
Market Research & Analysis
- Analyse, measure and report against all paid marketing campaigns as they progress detailing ROI achieved, key learnings and opportunities upon completion of each campaign to be presented to senior team
- Update competitive analysis report collecting data on competitors' marketing activities (ATL, BTL), price, value, ingredients, and market place whilst consolidating the information into actionable items, reports and presentations
- Track sell-in sales against plan, with a big focus during promotional campaigns, outlining any lack of inventory demand from B2B accounts supporting these campaigns
- Create clear and concise decks to support the roll out of projects when needed
- Producing weekly sales reports on the various B2B accounts
- Attending any UK B2B and B2C UK events, supporting Brand Ambassador team as needed
- Support the Sales & Marketing Activation team in launching new brand surveys through store Ambassadors as well as the digital team
